I learned an amazing lesson in my early 20s - Impact is a wonderful thing.

 

In my early career, I was given the chance to become a leader. I didn't know it yet, but I was about to find my life's purpose. One day, I made an impact, and the rush I got from it was incredible. For over 10 years, I led many high performance teams to success in high pressure environments, and drove my career in hospitality quickly from supporting team members to supporting their leaders. 

 

I coached and mentored leaders from across the country to build their teams, their businesses and, most importantly, themselves, all with the goal of giving them the power and confidence to make their own impact by being the change they wanted to see.

 

In 2016, I moved to education to coach and mentor leaders from a number of sectors up and down the UK, and then in 2020, I started my own business to make the impact I knew I could make - The Leaders Coach was born!
