Leadership and management are not the same thing /

If you’re like many of my clients, you’ve worked with a leadership coach in the past who turned out to be all about management, and it left you feeling like you were given tools and techniques to be a dictatorial boss when it’s the very opposite of what you need.

Instead of focussing on how you coordinate tasks, budgets, and processes, I support you and your teams with tools and techniques to strengthen your communication, influence, and connection with your followers to build meaningful relationships that together can achieve the vision you build, enhancing the impact you make as a leader.

For 19 years, I’ve coached and mentored leaders to have stronger influence and connection to their teams, developing high-performing teams leading them to a continuous growth mindset and sustainable success in business.

 

I’ve spent every single day learning about that inspiring, impactful, and engaging thing called leadership, as I know great leaders know they’re never finished. The smallest shifts in behaviour, mindset, and perspective make the biggest impacts.​

With nearly two decades of leadership coaching and mentoring experience under my belt, I understand how important your leadership and the impact you make is to you, and bring all my experience, knowledge, tools, and techniques to the table to help you make the impact you know you can, and want, to make.

​

I'm a member of EMCC, committed to continuous learning, growth, and responsible practice through reflection, coaching supervision, and CPD in my subject matter, skillset, and behaviours. As a member of Institute of Leadership, my professional achievements as a leader and commitment to my own development are recognised, and I hold an ILM Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, during which I completed 55 hours of coach training.

 

As an ILM tutor for 9 years, I've expanded my support to thousands of learners in achieving their professional goals in training, and worked with hundreds of leaders inside the corporate environment over the last 19 years, coaching and mentoring them to stronger connection and influence with their teams.​​
