What You'll Get...

This is 6 x 60 minute sessions of 1-to-1 personalised support on Zoom, where together we can focus on specific aspects of your leadership that you want to change You'll be sent a questionnaire before our first call so we can make the most of our time. You'll get all your notes and actions plans sent to you via email after every session. You will book your first session now, and we'll plan the rest in for every fortnight at times that suit you, and I'll check in with you in the weeks in between. The type of things we can cover could be: - Time management and establishing boundaries that set positive examples - The vision of your leadership and how to achieve it - Self-awareness and self-management so you can be honest with yourself about change - Your relationships with the people you lead and how to improve these - Your skills in getting the best out of your people, and making them feel great about it!
