A small business owner since 2020, I've supported a wide range of leaders for nearly 20 years, sharing my expertise through social platforms, podcasts, and other speaking events. I'm a member of the Institute of Leadership, and deliver ILM programmes in addition to my main services. I'm passionate about supporting leaders to make the impact they know they can, and dedicate the rest of my time to my family, finding a great movie to watch, and keeping up with my favourite sports teams.
